From my earliest memories on the sports field at age 10, a flame was sparked within me that has grown into an unwavering passion for health and activity; it's a vital part of my every day and has naturally charted my path through education into a fulfilling career. There's a unique joy in guiding others on their journey to wellness, seeing the spark of achievement in their eyes – whether it’s setting goals, or tailoring programs, ensuring every detail is finely tuned for our shared success.
The crux of my satisfaction lies in the real impact I make. I delight in creating moments and environments where clients thrive. It's about crafting experiences where success is not just achieved but celebrated as a collective, harmonious symphony of healthful living.
With nearly two decades of profound experience as a personal trainer and health and wellness manager, I've honed my ability to design and manage wellness programs that resonate on a personal level, enhance engagement, and optimize health investment.
It's through a collaborative spirit and a comprehensive understanding of health trends that I curate wellness strategies that are not only educational but also sustainable. American Council of Sports Medicine - Cancer Exercise Trainer: providing clients with safe, effective and individualized exercise programs to anyone living with or beyond a cancer diagnosis.
National Academy of Sports Medicine - Corrective Exercise Specialist: helping identify muscle imbalances and movement compensations to reduce injury risk and maximize performance and recovery.
Precision Nutrition Level 1: guiding you to optimize your health and wellness through changes to your eating habits and lifestyle behaviors while identifying skills, practices, and sustainable daily actions for achieving your goals.
