Here at Vital Fitness we have three different workout tracks for you to choose from: Move, Work, and Train. Same workout with different intensity or skill. If you’re new to fitness, maybe you do the Move track. If you’re working on mastering a skill maybe you do the Move track. If you don’t have game, but really just feel like you need to “move” do the move track. Sometimes a little something is better than nothing.
A recovery workout can get your blood flowing, help with muscle soreness, help you maintain consistency, and will definitely make you feel better than you did when you walked in.
You don’t need to win every workout to see progress.
If your gym doesn’t have a Move option, ask the coach for a scaled down version of the workout.
