Life is good!🌸

I am grateful for my health, I am grateful for the nurses and doctors that are helping me through this injury, I am grateful for my amazing boyfriend who takes care of me and loves me no matter the circumstance, I am grateful for my family that always lends a shoulder to cry on, I am grateful for my friends who show they care no matter where they live, I am grateful for the sun shining on my skin, and lord knows I am grateful for my new ACL, s/o to my quad tendon🌞

These lows in our life are there to make the highs feel so sweet! Taking it one day at a time and counting my blessings along the way 🌸

Today I had the amazing opportunity to experience in Minneapolis! The Good Clinic is an primary care service that focuses on keeping healthcare personal and REAL👀

Their amazing team focuses on all aspects of your health, physical and mental, through methodical analysis of your exercise routine, stress levels, sleep routine, nutrition, biometric screening, and more!

I had the chance to work with The Good Clinic nurses today and unpack my biometric screening. The screening measured fat, water, and muscles levels in my body. CNP Kimberly Young explained my levels in depth and with a true passion for health, so that I can achieve my goals and understand my body.

The Good Clinic then takes your information and finds more holistic health alternatives to alleviate inflammation and ailments within your body before prescribing a medication. Talk about speaking my language👋🏼👋🏼
