Next Level Barbell and Strength Union would like to invite you to the friendliest lifting competition in the world. All skill levels welcome and encouraged.

$20 entry, $5 for spectators. All proceeds go to charity. No advanced signup required.

The bar starts at a light weight and increases until there is only one man and women standing. Pick and choose to compete in the squat, bench press, deadlift, and/or overhead press.

💪We help the people in Portland get strong, build muscle, lose fat, and transform their bodies. The Novice Strength Class makes training easy!

Here is how it works:
1. We start by assessing your current strength levels and limitations.

2. Classes meet twice a week and include a warmup, fully body workout, and a Fit Finisher.

3. We coach you the whole way and add a little bit more each time.

Classes run 8 weeks and most members DOUBLE their strength in that time!
