I signed up for the Javelina Jundred Endurance Run 🙌💃🗡️🎉!!! Thank you so much Jubilee and Aravaipa Running for welcoming me back 💕.

I love this race so much, and I believe I can make it back to Western States 🤠. I have to try and give it my best. Also have to plan to keep it fun- let’s go 🥳👋🚀!

Last yr I started working on making some of my longtime dreams come true 💫- including finally getting a pair of original Air Jordan 6s I wanted in the 4th grade (swipe ➡️) 🙌🔥! Hell yeah, just do it 🤌✨.

Time goes by fast! I turn 45 at Christmas, and it made me think about everything I still want to do with my life, which hopefully I’m at the halfway point 🙏!

I made a list of my short- and long-term dreams and goals- from things I wanted to do as a kid to very very big transcendental stuff that shapes the world and changes lives 🚀🌍. As my dietitian said last wk- living a life with purpose 💫.

I sent the list to our parents. I want them to see me fulfill as much of it as I can while they’re still here 🤗💕.

I want to keep shattering ceilings, breaking stigmas, buy the cool s**t I always wanted, and making the world better for entire populations 🦸‍♀️🌍- while being a good human, caring about people, and living fully and authentically 🌈🦄.

Madonna is still putting out music and dancing in her late 60s 💅💃- why not me?!

We’ve only got one life to live and live with purpose 🚀! The power lies in us to do epic s**t 👊✨.

Buy the Jordans, shoot your shot, be a good human, and change the world 🚀🏀🌍!

Thinking of Jeff Browning and sending all the good vibes to him and his family 💕.

He had a heart attack at TDS and had to be airlifted to the hospital.

I’ve always enjoyed seeing him at races. He recently posted about our spirited race at Tarawera Ultra-Trail by UTMB back in 2019. It was intense, as both of us went off course at different spots. He came back and won overall 🎉. They did the Haka at the finish 🔥!

Jeff always puts great music with pics and videos. I’m putting some Metallica’s Hero of the Day for him 🤘- hang in there brother!

I haven’t been to HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc yet, but I’ve been there in spirit and have dreamed I won 😄💙🧡!

I’ve had 3 dreams about it- including Catherine Poletti visiting my home to convince me to come 💕.

In my dream when I won, the course was wet and slow. Everyone was shocked when I came flying into the finish for the win 🔥💃🎉.

I turn 45 in December! If I’m going to make all of my dreams come true the time is now 😤🔝.

Love being a fan and excited to cheer everyone on this yr 🎉🥳!

I finally met my business partner, web developer/AI specialist Sumi "Sumi" yesterday, after many hours of calls and messaging 😄🙌🚀!

Several months ago, I donated to his fundraiser for Sabino Canyon Hike & Run and shared about it. He was grateful, and we started chatting about him building me anything I needed 💡.

I got busy with my education programs. Then a few wks ago, while building my first startup through the Athlete365 Business Accelerator, I remembered another business idea I had discussed with Sumi. I reached back out, and the timing was perfect 🙌✨!

I pivoted my project to focus on this second idea! I’m so grateful for Sumi, putting our creative and intelligent brains together 🌈🧠🧠, and being aligned that “anything is possible” 🚀🌖.

It’s made me think a lot about how kindness and the energy we put into the world shapes who and what comes into our lives 💕🌍. I’ve been connecting with so many people- and connecting people with each other too 🤝.

I’m building these values into both of my startups, including a charitable component to give back 🤲💕.

Your people will find you 🦄✨✨! Be kind, put good energy into the world, and let the magic come out 💫🌳.

A throwback to 175km at the 2023 😤!

I was in beast mode here 🔛🦁, full of 🔥, and chasing down my friend 💃💃! I had dropped back to 4th place at one point after 50km, and I was ~30 min behind at 90 miles 🤯.

I went ballistic at the mountain section ⛰️🏃‍♀️! I lit up the final ~53 miles of the race to win in a new course record of 22:35 for the 246km/153 mi course 🚀🌖!

I talk about it on my latest interview with at around 50 min 🎤.

This is probably the best performance of my career and in my view one of the most untouchable records in Ultrarunning 🦸‍♀️.

I credit the other women, Noora and , for bringing out the best in each other 🙌💃! All 3 of us broke 24 hrs and finished in the top 10 overall. Women can do hard things 💫!
