I am so proud of how far my b***y growth journey has come!
Left photo was taken in 2016 weighing about 79lbs and had never stepped foot in the gym! Right photo was taken a week ago weighing 110lbs with a healthy gym schedule.
People think losing weight is hard (totally is but can be done with dedication), but gaining weight/muscle is just as difficult!
There are a ton of factors that I had to overcome to get to this point!
1. Getting over my fear of going to the gym
2. Training myself to actually eat, not only healthy & nutritious foods, but to actually build an appetite for food.
3. Constantly teaching my brain to not focus on the number on the scale and instead focus on how I feel and physically look.
Leading a healthy lifestyle is NOT just going to the gym! there is so much more that goes into it! & I am so happy I now have the experience and eduction to share my knowledge with so many more people.
