Who says you need more than 30 minutes for a total body workout? Here is my workout from this morning- 30 minutes of HIIT, Muscle and strength- all combined!! 1-TRX atomic push-up/ or any sort of push-up- 10-12 reps
2-stair sprint- 1min
3-walking lunge with goal post arms- weights come in to graze your head (above your ears)- elbows stay up the whole time- 6-10 lb weights- 15 reps
4-Weighted rope- slams 1 min/- or Boxing- 30 sec. upper cuts/30 sec jab cross- fast
5- Pull-ups (use either a band, the gravitron, or TRX back row)- 8-12 reps
6- sprints 45 sec
7- squats from knee's- hands behind head (with a weighted bag or weights in hands)- 8 reps-switch lead leg- 8 reps other leg leads
8- burpee's 30 seconds/mountain climbers- 30 sec
9- Plank- 1 arm row- 8-10lbs/ 10 reps each side
10- jump rope- 1 min high knees
11- Crunch up- at top - OH Tricep extension (8-10 lbs in each hand)
REPEAT!!
