Hey all!
We didn’t have the best turnout at our first meeting. About three people attended. We concluded Wednesday nights were the best for us - field availability would be at 7:30-8pm.
The way we could do this would be to create event pages via Facebook and require hard RSVPs and if there aren’t 20, it would be cancelled.

Given engagement, I fear we won’t have enough people for a league this summer. I’d really like to use this summer to grow interest for next and get something more formalized.

If yall can share thoughts and ideas on what they want this to look like then ahead of next summer we can get on the schedule at better times.

Appreciate you all and look forward to hearing from everyone!

Hey all! Since last week was bad with the weather, let’s plan to meet this Wednesday 4/22 around 6pm at Tuffy Field. I want to discuss the plan for this league and dial in a regularly night to meet/play. Invite your friends!!

I have a call scheduled with the village to get a list of all possible options - someone recently quit so they’re trying to get support on this side of things.

Bring your glove, softballs and BYOB!

Hey all, I think it may be raining tomorrow evening. Should we cancel the meeting?

I heard back from the village - so far these are the only openings for fields and I was told they fill up fast.

May 20th

June 17th

July 1st,8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

If we want to book these fields, leave a comment. It’s $10 to book.

As for practicing, if anyone has an idea on where to do that, please share. Seems like the fields are booked up for quite some time in town. Please comment and thoughts or feedback.

Awesome thanks for voting!

This Wednesday won. Let’s plan on 5:30pm. I’m working with the village to find a field available- if there isn’t one let’s still meet to set a plan for the summer, see what field positions everyone prefers and go from there.

Look out for a post day of to determine where we’ll meet!!! Bring you gloves, softballs, bats, and BYOB!
