Meet Zach Snyder]!

Zach joined us back in September with a curiosity in functional fitness. Like many of us who first start, there was a barrier to break in understanding multiple movement patterns. Ranging from mobility, to complex Olympic lifting. The amount of improvement and progress Zach has made in these short two months is a testament to his dedication and willingness to learn. An incredible person to coach and call a friend in this community. (Also, just look at those freaking arms man…)

crushing it everyday. If you know Liz, then you know that she is one of the most affirming, loving, and hard workers you’ve ever met. Gets to the gym at 5:30am and leaves 3 days later 😂. Thank you Liz for always putting a smile on our faces when we need it most!
