Defensive Back Academy (DBA) Off-Season Prep Program hosted by Washington Husky & Hawaii Warrior alumni Taz Stevenson!

This program is 3 weeks of Intense training on the body & mind to prepare and fine tune each athlete heading into their training camps and seasons.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:
•Elite Level Sports Performance Training (Strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, change of direction, hand-eye coordination, mobility, and injury prevention)
•Position specific techniques (on field)
•Chalk Talk/Film (football IQ)
•Mindset training/Motivation
•Nutrition Guidance

Program begins: Monday, June 19th - July 8th
Positions: Defensive Backs & Linebackers Only!
Ages: High School, College and Pro’s

This program may not be for everyone! Please expect intense high level training methods and competition. Athletes will be pushed beyond limits to maximize their potential headed into season!

I don’t… the goal is to stay consistent.

Just because you start to see results don’t get content. Sustain it!

Set goals. Work hard. Stay true to yourself. And remember that working towards what you want is the best form of self-love.

Healthy doesn’t always mean weight loss…

Amazing things can happen in 30 days!!

Although she reached her goal at weight loss the greater victory was not in the physical, but in her mental.

Overcoming the self-conscious mental blocks and becoming more aware of self, eating habits and exercising that helped with her postpartum depression.

Nothing can compare to feeling like YOU again, but better.

As a former 50+ pounds over my natural weight for my body…

Quick story, very little of you know, there was a season where I was a bit overweight. Although most times I could hide it well with what I wore, I loved to eat, I had and still have a major sweet tooth, and I used to be bloated from the countless nights of consuming alcohol.

With family members and friends that struggled with different health issues, It was a constant reminder of the repercussions that would soon catch up to me if I continued down this path.

Even though I had a decent workout regime, I didn’t like the idea of clean or mindful eating. Giving up my pleasures that I became a slave to was not an option at the time.

There comes a time where enough is enough, and I had enough of feeling uncomfortable in the clothes I wore, wearing a shirt at the beach, not feeling as energized or as efficient as I knew I could, and not always feeling attractive to myself.

I don’t share this to tell you to lose weight, or start exercising more, this is me sharing my personal story with anyone who may feel they are alone in their journey.

I just encourage you to start operating from a place of real health!🌱
