It is with heavy hearts that we have made the difficult decision to fold our Delmarva Heat 14U Hitch team.
What an incredible season it has been. While this chapter is coming to an end, we are so thankful for every player and family who chose to be a part of this journey. Together, we made memories that will last a lifetime, celebrated victories, learned through challenges, and built friendships that extend far beyond the softball field.
To our girls—thank you for your hard work, dedication, resilience, and the heart you brought every single day. Watching each of you grow as athletes and young women has been an absolute privilege. We have no doubt that each of you has an incredibly bright future ahead, and we will be cheering you on every step of the way.
To our families, thank you for your unwavering support, countless hours at the ballpark, and for trusting us with your daughters. You became more than teammates and parents—you became family.
Although this team may be ending, the memories, friendships, and bond we’ve built will always remain.
We wish each and every one of our girls nothing but success, happiness, and endless opportunities in the seasons ahead. Keep working hard, keep believing in yourselves, and never stop chasing your dreams.
