Congratulations on completing the challenge (4 days ago). Claire and I got caught up with the beginning of summer, ballgames and plain crazy business of life that we are postponing the final measurements another week. If you have a gym membership and can get on the treadmills feel free to do your final timed mile. We will try to set appointments the week of June 11th. Have a great weekend!

This was our W.O.D. (workout of the day) this a.m. I'm so proud of Kim P. and her eagerness to attack this. (She hates burpees 😉) I even offered her modifications and decreased reps in which she declined. We finished not 1x, not 2x but 3x's for a total of 300 burpees, squarpees, and mogul burpees! 💪👊👏👋 Celebrate all of your accomplishments no matter how big or small!
