Hey everyone,

The first month of the program has flown by, and we’re fired up for what’s ahead! November was an awesome start, and this month we’re shifting into higher intent, more velo-focused work. The schedule stays the same — except we’ll be off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

12–13u Throwing Program
Sunday sessions are currently set for 5:30–8:30 PM. If the 3–5 PM slots for the older groups don’t start filling, we may shift things earlier so everyone can get home sooner before the school week.
If you have questions about scheduling, feel free to reach out anytime.

1-on-1 Lessons
This winter I won’t be listed for 1-on-1s as I’m focused on the expanded Winter Throwing Program (and juggling a growing family!).
BUT I’ll still be filling any open group gaps on a week-to-week basis. If you see openings and want to get extra work in, just shoot me a text!

Coach Pete will offer lessons Mondays and Wednesdays before groups.
We’re also working with ProForce to secure Saturday and Sunday afternoon slots.
Interested in weekend lessons? Let us know so we can lock in enough turf time.

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great end to your season and enjoyed some well-deserved time away from baseball as we gear up for the start of school.

Coach Pete and I have kept our usual training times for the first two weeks and then adjusted the schedule slightly to accommodate school pick-ups and commute times. If there’s a day or time you need that’s not currently listed on the sign-up sheet, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If you're not familiar with this building, please walk through the main entrance, go through another set up double doors leading out to the concessions/bar, take a right and walk past ProForce and we are in the middle lane on the left side of the building in between the two soccer fields.

VBT Pricing Options For Memberships:
Payment Methods: Preferred Cash, Venmo or Check
$150/year; $200/year for brothers
Lesson Rates: $40 per 30 minute session and $80 for 60 minute session
No Membership:
Lesson Rates: $50 per 30 minute session and $100 for 60 minute session

VBT Memberships will provide priority scheduling starting next month. This is what also gives you access to your own Rapsodo account. If you have any questions about the membership, please don't hesitate to ask!

If anyone has a daughter looking for softball lessons, Meghan McClellan has been working out of my lane. She's currently a 3-year varsity starter and pitcher for Milford High School, as well as a travel ball player for Doom National. She's earned two state accolades during her Freshman and Sophomore seasons, along with multiple city and conference awards. With 4 years of experience in training clients, she focuses on developing skills, mechanics and game strategies! Lessons cost $45 for 45 minutes!
