Do you provide parts? While we do stock an assortment of repair items, we can't fit every repair part. If parts are needed that we need to provide please be specific in describing exactly what you need. If we show up and do not have the part(s) needed then we will need to reschedule and you will be responsible for the $50 minimum service fee for the original appointment. Our goal is to make this as convenient for you as possible, but if we do not have all the information that can be difficult. There are a few services that we are unable to perform via our mobile service. These include suspension services, pivot maintenance, drivetrain cleaning, finding creaks, working on stationary bikes, etc. Please understand that we schedule our days around predictable work that has predictable time demands.
