Today we celebrate a man who is so much more than an owner to us. Allen, you are one of the kindest, most genuine and selfless people we know. The amount of time, energy and heart you pour into the Marshals, Midlothian Basketball League and the people around you is something we never take for granted.

You have created something special here, but what makes it even more special is the way you treat people along the way. You believe in people, you give people opportunities (especially these players) and you genuinely want to see everyone around you win.

We are grateful for your vision, your leadership and most importantly, your heart. We are blessed to have you leading this organization and even more blessed to call you family.
