Frontside Resistance = Power + Control 💪🥎

This is what hard work looks like.

We’ve been focusing on frontside resistance. Staying strong on the glove side, not flying open, and letting the lower half and core do the work. It’s not always the “fun” part of pitching, but it’s what separates good from great.

She’s putting in the reps.
She’s making the adjustments.
She’s trusting the process.

And it shows.

So proud of the work she’s putting in to clean up her mechanics and build power the right way. Growth doesn’t happen by accident, it happens with intention.

Keep working, Keep getting better. 💥🥎
