Lower body burn 👀🔥🔥🔥
Made a simple yet effective workout today🙌🏼 Took 4 different exercise variations, completed 4 sets for each one and slowly murdered my glutes🥵 here’s what I did:

❤️‍🔥Side b***y su***de (side lunge, side raise, duck walks *4 down, 4 back* repeat these three moves 3 more times before switching
❤️‍🔥15 Squat pulses
❤️‍🔥 15 Kickbacks (you can substitute on the cables, banded etc)
❤️‍🔥Thrust hold variation (1 thrust hold for 1sec at the top, 2 thrusts hold for 2 secs at the top, up to 6)
