Still feeling full, grateful, amazed and strong after all the beauty bringing to this past week.

thank you for creating this space, and for inviting me in to be a part of the container holding and leadership this year. What a gift to have a place to bring my oldest daughter to see that I’m not the only weird one 😂

- it was a divine pleasure to get to weave with you goddesses, to get to know you better and to experience your wisdom and magic. I can’t wait to see what else may be in store. This truly felt like just a beginning in so many ways….

To all the women who attended - deep bows to you. Y’all did some fantastic, culture shifting, pattern-disrupting work. It was beautiful to witness.

Your prenatal photo of your baby is leading to their faulty fetal development. Please stop getting ultrasounds in pregnancy!!!

"Based on these 50 human studies, it can be persuasively argued that prenatal ultrasound is responsible for causation or initiation of the following conditions and disorders:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD
- Genetic damage, inheritable by future generations.
- Jaundice
- Childhood cancers, e.g., leukemia, lymphoma, brain, etc.
- Chorioamnionitis (inflammation of the maternal-fetal junction)
- Personality anomalies
- Ophthalmological diseases and various malformations
- Skin diseases such as eczema
- Allergies

In addition, West argues that prenatal ultrasound initiates severe vulnerabilities in the fetus to subsequent stressors such as pharmaceuticals which can then push the child “over the edge” so to speak."

Books are my love language. If I’ve ever lent you (ahem, gave you) one of my books it means I love you very much.

Now, I have written my own!!! 😱 I can’t believe it’s almost done y’all. Almost. Complete.

After countless hours logged at writing away in my (and making sure to take my outside light breaks when writing at home), I think I just kinda thought I would be doing this forever. I’m not sure if I ever really thought I’d see the day when the finish line was so clearly in sight.

I’ve still gotta do the formatting and editing and all that jazz - but the writing? Almost there!! Maybe even today! ✨🎉

About to try my hand at some anatomical drawings for my upcoming book for mothers of daughters called “Path to Puberty.”

I only have one summer drawing class from when I was 19 under my belt. We’ll see how it goes!

I’m alive and I made it home! (folks have been asking…I was not abducted by Air France).

I don’t take pics at home as much, so I don’t post as much. But here’s a massive ginkgo tree from Italy.

I’ve been soaking up my kiddos and trying to recalibrate to being on this continent and in this timezone again. The United States is truly a very bizarre place.

The Nile turned red the other day🩸

As my bleeding time draws near I can’t help but hear, again, the importance of women giving our blood to the earth.

Scientists find reasons for the red water that satisfy their worldview (algae blooms). I guess we all do that.

All I can think of is the unspeakable atrocities being committed right now and the ripple effect on the world. And the Nile turns red….

We are living in times of prophecy for sure. Whatever your worldview, it’s clear that changes are happening.

It’s what we do with them - and with each other - that matters.

Missed my connection and got stuck in Paris last night.

I am anxious to see my family, and I can think of worse places to be stuck.

I chose to stay the night in Montmartre because it is so very….Parisian. And artistic. I love it there.

And I got to see my uncle, whom I haven’t seen in over 20 years! So fortune was with me.

Glad to be returning home today. Fingers crossed I make all my connections! 🤞🏼

PSA: ✨Feeling your authentic feelings and meditation are not mutually exclusive!!!👀

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts and memes lately calling people out for spiritually bypassing by meditating during this incredibly challenging and painful time on planet earth.

This saddens me deeply. It also points to a binary either/or form of thinking - which is what gets us into wars in the first place.

This morning I sat and wept - deep sobs of grief for the parents and the children and the families in Gaza. After feeling my grief fully and moving it through my body, I was met with an indescribable sense of peace.

I took this peace into prayer and was able to access a very clear line of spiritual sight to put peace, light and motherly love over the whole region of Gaza.

From where I currently sit in a hotel in the mountains of Italy, I cannot think of a better use of my years of practice in the arts of prayer and meditation right now. There is, quite literally, nothing else I can do.

I am SO deeply grateful for the millions of people worldwide who have shown up in the streets demanding a stand for a sense of humanity. And I was shown very clearly - back in the days of Occupy Wall Street and then again during Standing Rock - that the best use of MY personal energy in times like these during my active mothering years is, in fact, at my altar. That might change someday. I will know if it does.

Right action does not look the same for everyone. What is true and correct for you might not be what is right for another.

That does not make it wrong.

For some, sitting on their cushion might be the only way for them to really access their feelings. So what? Why is it your business?

Stay in your lane. Feel your feelings. Including joy and love. Those are feelings too!

Grief, Rage, Joy, Love and Equanimity are all equally sacred.

Feeling authentic joy - especially in times like these - might actually be one of the greatest acts of rebellion there is. The sacred clown gets us to laugh in the hardest times.

We are all at different points in the journey. Slow down and love each other.

I feel as though I am in heaven.

Everything about this place screams elegance and magnificence. The air, the view, the food - THE WATER. A place dedicated to healing the body, mind and soul. What a gift and a blessing.

My Italian is slowly returning, smattered with bits of Spanish. I’m calling it SpItalianish, cause that feels about right. What a totally fun language though!

I love how different languages feel in the mouth, feel in the body and spirit. Italian is one of my favorites. So musical and rhythmic and lyrical. Like a babbling brook, trickling off the tongue.

I can’t wait to bring my family here, and I’m also enjoying the much-needed space. Ah Bell’Italia!
