It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a longtime member of our horseshoe league.

For many years, Lyle was a familiar face at the pits, sharing his love of the game, good competition, and even better fellowship. He was more than a league member—he was a friend and an important part of our horseshoe family.

His presence, sportsmanship, and friendship will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who loved him during this difficult time.

Week 1 is officially in the books! Some teams have been gently escorted out of the tournament, while others have one more night to prove they’ve still got it!

Great playing by everyone — lots of good throws, questionable throws, lucky bounces, and probably a few “that was totally on purpose” moments 😅

It's time for the part everyone has been looking forward to—the league tournament starts today! Tournament movements and match ups will be updated on site.

Tomorrow is going to be HOT, so come prepared! Bring water, a hat, and maybe a fan. If your horseshoes are landing farther from the stake than ever, you can always blame the heat.

Only 3 weeks remain in the regular season before the double-elimination tournament begins. That means there are only three more chances to climb the standings—or perfect your "I was robbed" speech.

Remember:
🎯 Every shoe counts.
🥵 Heat is temporary.
📊 The standings... unfortunately... are forever (at least until next week).
