There are days when you start something new and everything feels wrong. You feel fear. Doubt. You don’t know if you’re capable of doing it.

But you keep going.

To compete in volleyball at a high level in the United States, a family can spend anywhere from $1,500 to $10,000 a year. Registration fees, travel, hotels, uniforms, and equipment.

And that’s before any national championship.

Surfing triplets. 🤩 These girls are incredible! Júlia, Duda, and Paulinha keep training hard, in and out of the ocean, improving and pushing themselves every day.

And in the middle of this intense routine, all three were recognized at school this month and congratulated for their performance. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
