Touching your toes is more than just having great hamstring flexibility. Here’s how to make the most of it:

1. Stretch the contributing muscles in isolation (roll out your feet, calf stretch, pike roll, adductor slide, etc.)

2. Work on your sciatic nerve tolerance (nerve slide, glide, and tensioners at the knee or ankle joint will be your best friend)

3. STRENGTH! Work on compression drills like the seated leg lift and overcoming isometrics like the block crush
