Though I tend to wear my hats separately, I am passionate about health and fitness because I’ve been privileged to work in and around the most challenging disease of our lifetime. I am proud to be riding 100 miles alongside my fellow ‘Canes for the Dolphins Challenge Cancer. Will you Challenge Cancer with me?

Today’s the day! Currently making my way down the east coast to drop my mat in Miami! I know NJ will always be my home and NYC will always be the place that shaped me into the Pilates instructor I am today. To the mentors I’ve learned from, the studios I’ve worked in, the clients I’ve had in classes, and most importantly, my fierce squad of private instruction babes I still teach today, THANK YOU. You have all made me into the person (inside and outside of the studio) that I am today. My private instruction clients will have a whole new background to take virtual cues from and anyone in Miami, I’m happy to bring a little Manhattan instruction your way 😉

My clients know I am definitely not a yogi. My use of the term “crime scene pose” to stretch inner thighs is the dead giveaway (pun totally intended). That said, the benefits are incredible and truly needed for my body to feel healthy. And loves when I lay on the floor with him. @ New Jersey
