It seems like yesterday I was holding you in my arms💝.
This year I was gifted a Mother’s Day photo shoot from . Having all 3 in the same area and more importantly agreeing to do this with smiles was the biggest gift of all.
Happy Mother’s day to me 💝. Thank you & .tenore for loving me and always supporting my fun & crazy ideas. The great love you have for your children is the greatest gift I can receive on this Mother’s Day.

On this day 20 years ago, nearly 3,000 victims, 2 of which were just identified only days ago all these years later.
None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001.
In one single moment life may never be the same.
As you live & enjoy the breaths you take today, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, & never take one second of your life for granted.

-9/11 is a day to remember that extraordinary heroes are often diguised as ordinary people & that spirit && soul are unbreakable.

And to the forgotten first responders and heroes in the skies know that We appreciate you.🇺🇸
I was 21, when i watched on TV, a 2nd plane ✈️ full of passengers flown into the other “twin tower”💔

At the time no one knew what was happening, “Islamic Terrorism” wasn’t something I knew about or phrase I’d ever heard.
Days later we learned, 19 Islamic Terrorists, directed by Osama Bin Laden, boarded planes, killed pilots & stewardesses after take-off, & crashed u into those two towers. Their jet fuel ignited fires & the building collapsed🖤🤍🖤
I remember feeling 2 emotions vividly: sadness & confusion.

Sadness. For those who died or lost someone.
On the news, we heard phone calls of people trapped in the building unable to escape, calling 911 for help, knowing they were going to die. And videos of men and women jumping to their deaths out of windows to avoid being burnt alive. Mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters, & sons who went to work that day not knowing it would be the last thing they would ever do.

Confusion. “How could someone do something so evil?”.
I didn’t understand how much a persons worldview matters.
The terrorists that day didn’t think they were evil.
They thought “we’re acting on behalf of our god, Allah”. “Killing evil non-muslims would lead to a eternity be in paradise, rewarded with eternal virgins and glory”.
