General information
Where did the name Miami Ice come from? They reside in Miami, and Ice is their last name. Gary is a retired law enforcement officer and was sometimes referred to a "Miami 'Ice", so the name stuck. About the owners/founders: Gary and Sharon Ice Gary: An accomplished high school runner and a trainer/coach all of his life in a wide range of sports, he brings a solid foundation to the athletes' table. Sharon: Was a high school runner, as an adult an accomplished road racer, marathoner, and has experienced cycling rides, duathlons, and triathlons. Sharon brings a passion for running and fitness to the athletes' table.
