I am 16 years old and play volleyball. I practice at least 4 times a week and it's always a problem to wrap my ankles because it wastes so much time and sometimes I still have pain. When I discovered Lock-Up Socks I thought they were just another sock that claims to give people with flat feet arch support. As soon as I tried a pair on I could feel the difference. They are also very practical because I can wear them during class time and in the afternoon for practice or games. I have already recommended these socks to all my team mates and they love them.
