This mission took a bit over a year.
This wonderful family contacts me with their dream and idea of moving from their gorgeous apartment in edgewater to a house in the upper east side.
Fast fwd until today:
They sell their apartment and we all come to terms of waiting for the right time to strike and just sit put.
We see a few properties, but nothing stands apart, and I still continue to advise for them to stand their ground.
3 weeks ago I get the call about this property. I really wanted to wait about a few more months, but I knew all too well this trophy home in Historic Beside as I tried to acquire it for a client, and then myself, pre pandemic 2019.
We BEAT 2 offers of over asking and cash plus everyone and their cousin that wanted this gem home.
The explaination= The power of Networking, Luck, Timing, Good Energy and running a tight ship between the buyers and my self.
We trusted each other, we went to battle and here we are at the beginning of this new chapter for Lorenzo, Maria, and Rafa
