The 2023 16U PG Florida Select Championship featured an intense matchup between The City Gtz 16u Baseball and the 1st Round Knights. The game took place on June 10, 2023, at 12:30 PM, and kept fans at the edge of their seats!

The 1st Round Knights started strong, but The City Gtz 16u Baseball showcased their dominance, outscoring their opponents in every inning. Oscar Hernandez led the way with an impressive performance, going 1-2 with a run scored and two RBIs. The entire team displayed their hitting prowess, with eight players contributing RBIs and solid at-bats.

On the pitching side, William Falcon delivered an exceptional performance for The City Gtz 16u Baseball, pitching 5.0 innings, allowing only 4 hits, and striking out 8 batters. Falcon's control and a mix of fastball and curveball pitches were key to his success.
