‼️KNEELING SINGLE ARM REAR DELT FLYES‼️
I actually discovered these kind of recently and I am a huge fan for a couple of reasons.
- The core is hugely involved here, and I am a big proponent of teaching the body to move as a unit.
- I can concentrate on each individual side more
- Makes it VERY difficult to cheat due to the disadvantageous kneeling position
A couple of cues here: keep your core tight and braced. Do NOT swing the weights, and come down slower than you raised the weight. Be warned: you’re gonna have to go light on these!
