But in all seriousness, the quickest way to burn yourself out and lose motivation for working out is to do the same exercises all the time.

What did you enjoy doing when you were a kid? What’s stopping you from incorporating those movements into your life now? This can be dancing, bike riding, playing sports, and any other activity that involves consistent movement and ideally some type of muscle resistance.

Happy Veterans Day!

I used to resent the Military because I always felt like it was taking my mother away. It was not until I got older that I learned to appreciate the selflessness it takes, and what a blessing it was to be raised by such an elite leader of both men and women. You have set the bar very high for me.

If you were to purchase a $500,000 home at current at the current Mortgage rate with a standard 30 year loan, and only paid the minimum amount on your mortgage over the course of the loan(which most people will do)…

You would need to sell your house for at least $1.3-1.5 Million to have made a profit on the sale of your home when you factor in sales tax and realtors fees.

You are literally paying more in interest than the purchase price of the home. On the next slide you can see that it would take you over 7 years just to knock $50k off the principal.

The decisions you make today will affect your family for generations to come. PLEASE be prudent!
