AN OPEN HEART... that’s being vulnerable. It means being willing to embrace experiences even after we’ve been shut down in the past. It’s feeling afraid, but moving forward anyways.

This is one of the most transformative states we can embody !! because it’s such a portal for growth, healing, and connection. You can see this true in relationships, business, health, when you get hit with a wall of failure or trauma, your getting back up is the most vulnerable and powerful things you can do!!

Embodying your power - is terrifying - but SO good. 🤤🥵

"I feel like there’s this beast inside me, but she’s scared to show herself" I was telling my husband.. I was explaining that there’s something im meant to create, but I don’t know how to feel worthy to create that.. there’s a beast inside a cage.

The beast in the cage is -
Personal power scared of being too much.
Authentic power scared of being rejected.
Releasing the past scared of judgment.

That’s some scary stuff right there LOL .. so it’s a lot easier to say you don’t know how to sell.

You’re not just someone reading something on the internet, you’re truly a special person and I think you know that deep down.

There’s a lot of noise that will tell you you’re not - that the ups and downs are hard, that you’re failing, or getting rejected, but I think you know that’s what can drive you forward.

You’re more self aware than even you’re giving yourself credit for. Let’s MOVE into HER. Let’s stop studying what you’re tired of, and take action to fully implement the complete liberated dream life.

Anytime there’s something you’ve been telling yourself you can’t do: post on social media, make friends, even little things like my most recent one was I felt like I couldn’t tuck myself in at night 😅

Anytime there’s something you can’t do, look at your limiting beliefs around it. Meditate with it. I guarantee there’s beliefs you don’t even slow down to recognize, that are limiting your abilities and desires.

Meditation is the great awareness creator! With meditation, you can ground yourself more easily, manifest more easily, connect in your relationships, and so much more.
