Here is a Roman's Steel Luke finished up for Matt...

Matt put a lot of work into the finish of the outside of the saber and it looks fantastic!

I designed a brass Crystal chamber that I had printed by my dude Khal over at KR, then shipped it to Matt so he could weather it.

Back to me today for the final install. Holding a Proffie v3, 28mm bass speaker, KR lit pcb, crystal chamber with its own neopixel accent, static 18650 with kill switch and 1.3mm recharge port.

Even though this Sunday is Father's Day we are still on for 6pm Central.

This week's topic is making a chassis in Fusion 360... likely for the Saberbay Sentry. It's a good one for us to later go through laser engraving on as well... then follow through with installing it.

Picture is an early Father's Day gift my daughter gave me today. She knows me well, I love snacks and I'm an idiot around gummy bears. These protein bars are amazing and the Frito twists are my favorite chips. She's a great kid.

Here is an older Starfall/Pach Store speeder hilt that I lightly weathered and laser engraved on the midsection and emitter pieces (located all around each piece).

After machining some aluminum plunger switches, I designed a static chassis (though it can come out for maintenance if needed) holding a Proffie v3, 22mm fully enclosed speaker, KR lit pcb and a removable battery with kill switch.

I can record a demo video tomorrow for whoever might want to pick it up.

Here is a custom saber finished up for Troy...

Troy First had this powder coated and then sent off to me for an install. I designed a removable chassis that has an external kill switch located by the dual tactile switch Troy provided. There is also a 20 pixel accent ring underneath some diffusion right behind the 28 mm bass speaker.

Also per request, I machined and laser engraved a custom blade retention screw with a Jedi logo.

Proffie v3 with a KR lit pcb as well.
