We can look at this “Once In A Lifetime” pandemic we’re living through, as the worse moment of our lives....or, we can see it as an opportunity to take advantage of...to do all the things for YOU that you never did for YOU before....😉

It’s all about perspective & how YOU see it is how it is 🤷🏽‍♂️

With that said, my condolences and heartfelt compassion goes out to anyone and everyone finding this struggle to much to bare... and of course, the lives lost 🙏🏽❤️

Personally, I’ve adopted the mentality of, “If I can’t go outside, I’ll go inside...x

On another note, Ive been in this line at Trader Joe’s for over an hour, and I’m sure some people were like, WTF is he doing??!!! 😳
But guess what, I feel AMAZING!! (And really needed fresh flowers and kombucha) 😉

The Self Love Experience

It’s been a while since I’ve been on social media (sorry) but that’s because for the last year I’ve been traveling the world on a much needed Self Love Experience.

I traveled the UK, Italy, France, Mexico and Istanbul. I met some of the best healers and great friends along the way.

It became a magical year, and for my birthday I decided to visit Africa for the first time....I went to Senegal (West Africa) and spent 2 months enjoying the beautiful rain forest, oceanfront, Safari, beautiful lagoons and the rich culture of people.

It was such an amazing experience that I decided to host my next retreat there and call it “The Seven Wonders of You Pilgrimage”
The retreat is designed as a Pilgrimage of Self Love for you through Fitness, Adventure and Culture.
