Yesterday (Monday) on Day 8 of - week 2, day 1 - I lifted too heavy of weights and strained my back. 😳🤪

It’s not HORRIBLE, but thought it best to rest for a day and let it recover! 👍

My evening of rest looks pretty good! 👶🧢⚾️

I pushed myself hard with heavy weights so I feel it will be a challenge to just get up the stairs in the morning for Day 2 ...stay tuned!! 🤷‍♀️🏋️‍♀️😵

So... for the next 3 weeks, I’ll just be over here working out with doing (muscle burns fat)!

Yeah, you might say “well, you can do it, but I can’t do it”. (Do you remember how old I am?) YES you can!! It’s a MINDSET! Movement produces momentum... and momentum creates muscles 💪
You can achieve what your mind believes!! 🤔

I’m super excited to get results similar to these you see here! I’ve taken my measurements, my “before” pictures and weighed! I can do hard things! Let my transformation begin!! 🏋️‍♀️💃
