This diagram hits the mark! In addition to the snap of the hip, body rotation, and scapula engagement, the subtle foot placement, arm extension, blade angle, and head up is spot on! Read it and again and again, then practice it with every stroke. Great description!!!

🔥 ALERT 🔥 PHON D CLOSED 🔥 A fire has broken out at Phon D that is labeled as “running” and with a “high potential for growth”. Be safe everyone! Plus, be extra careful during these times of a red flag warning: high heat + high dry winds. Don’t drive into weeds/brush, drag anything that could spark, etc.
