This photo was found during file cleaning at the Northwoods Veterans Post and shared with us in hopes that the players could be identified.

Chatter from Left Field

If you haven’t had a chance to see the Merrill Historical Society baseball exhibit, it will only be up for a few more days. It highlights local baseball history, teams, equipment, uniforms, and the history of Athletic Park.

GRAND OPENING Saturday April 12, 2025 from 10 am to 2 pm - "Chatter from Left Field" - a new baseball focused exhibit at the Merrill Historical Society (100 E Third St).
At 10 am, the exhibit will be opened with Mayor Hass throwing an opening pitch!
There will be dice baseball competitions (with dice baseball champions Tom Burg and Bill Heideman in the playoffs) & a few other fun activities.

2027 Travel Registrations are Live!

Please note costs continue to increase for things such as Out of town Tournament Registrations, uniforms and equipment. We have taken that into consideration and the Registration Fees for this year have only increased slightly. This is the first increase in four years.

We are again giving a discount for early registration.
