BIG NEWS!!
We wanted to let you all know that COBRA Self Defense of Central Michigan will be undergoing a complete rebranding in the next couple of weeks.

We pride ourselves on providing quality self defense instruction for everyone, and it will only get better from here on out!!

We are very excited for the changes and can't wait to see you at our new and improved self-defense training sessions!

Edged Weapons Defense with Becky today.
When defending yourself against an attacker with a knife, you MAY get injured!

But the main goal is to protect the neck and vital organs. She did a fantastic job!
Using a red marker as the knife - to show where the stab wounds would be, she was only ‘stabbed’ on arms, wrist and shoulder.

But she would have SURVIVED, and that’s the MAIN OBJECTIVE!

-What works and what DOESN’T!
- How to take action and push through the ‘fear and freeze’ response during a threatening situation.
-Vehicle Anti-Abduction maneuvers.
-Pre-Attack Indicators and how to prepare yourself.
-Preventing or Avoiding a dangerous situation.
-The power of Action vs. Reaction
....And much more!

COBRA Self Defense Systems is a Police Academy for Citizens!
In one afternoon, you will learn real world maneuvers that can be easily remembered, and used immediately.

-Students will train self-defense tactics in real-world scenarios.
Because the threat does not end until you stop it!
