Finished this one up as a gift for Christmas. CMP 154 Stainless, red paper liners, aluminum bolster, deer antler handle. Jimping on spine and hand sanded to 600 satin finish.

Putting these 2 chef knives up for sale. They are 8” chef knives made from 154 CM stainless steel. Finish is hand rubbed saying to 600 grit.

Handle material if Maple Burl and figured Sapele. Pins are mosaic pins with red epoxy and a star in the center.

Knives are $250 each plus tax.
