Pickleball-Specific Exercise Class

Want to move better on the court, play under control, and reduce strain on your body?
Our Drills & Skills class is designed specifically for the demands of pickleball — and it’s led by an expert who knows the game inside and out.

This 3-part program focuses on helping you feel stronger, quicker, and more confident every time you step on the court.

✅ What you’ll gain:
• Move better on the court
• Play under control
• Reduce strain on your body

🏓 What you’ll learn:
• Warm-up & loosen-up exercises
• Stretching to improve mobility
• Strengthening key pickleball muscles
• Footwork, power, chasing lobs, and kitchen-line movement
• On-court skills to put it all together

👨‍🏫 Instructor: Lou Friedman
• Retired Physical Therapist
• PPR Certified Coach
• USA Pickleball Member

📅 When:
Tuesdays — February 24th, March 3rd, & March 10th

💵 Program Details:
• 3 classes (1 hour each)
• $60 per person (all 3 classes)
• Max 6 players — small class with personal feedback

Join us for a weekend of fun, friendly competition and community spirit at the Beautiful Lives Pickleball Tournament, happening March 28 – 29, 2026, at Club Pickleball in the Meriden Mall (Meriden, CT)!

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just love a good rally, all levels of play are welcome—so grab your paddle, bring your energy, and help support the Beautiful Lives Project, an amazing organization that creates inclusive opportunities for people of all abilities. 💙

Early-bird Entry Fees—Register By March 14:

$50 for your first event

Add a second event for just $20! (Example: Men’s Doubles $50 + Mixed Doubles $20 = $70 total)

After March 14, prices increase $10 per event entry
