Happy Weight/Resistance Day Wednesday from hot SoCal. How are you doing? Great! Finish your workout? Great! Know what you will eat today and each day? Great! Facebook is late with my posting about Nutri-System so I will "ad lib" for a little while. The Nutri-System Diet has been around since the 1970s and it is beaten into your head each day by Marie Osmond and Dan Marino. I have known many people who have been on Nutri-System and have lost weight, and as you know, anytime you restrict you calorie intake you are going to lose weight, so do you need Nutri-System to do that? It is expensive, there are some processed foods, and it is a low cal diet. Okay, when the posting arrives, check it out and you decide.

Happy Weight/Resistance Day Wednesday from maybe soon to be wet and stormy SoCal. How are you doing? Great! You know that there are hundreds or thousands of diets, right? Here is one that has gained popularity but not with everyone. Do you want to eat and act like Paleo Man? That is up to you. Paleo Man may have been Mindful about surviving in his world, but he didn't have all the choices we have today. Read about Paleo here and you decide if it is for you.
