Congratulations to Unity Trap Team for their outstanding performance at the High School State Shoot! Here’s a recap of the achievements:

💥 Junior Varsity Team:

Took 1st place with a score of 353/500.
Top Performer:
Bryer Hummel: 95 (1st place State JV Male)
💥 Novice Team:

Achieved 2nd place with a score of 386/500.
Top Performers:
Jackson Tuter: 96 (1st place State Novice Male)
Ayla Ippensen: 84 (1st place State Novice Female)
Additional Highlights:

Devyn Shupe finished 5th in State for Varsity Female with a score of 95.
Alieyah Rainey secured 9th in State for Varsity Female with a score of 94.
Ella Veile topped the JV Female category with a score of 85.
Parker Schaffnit achieved 2nd place State JV with a score of 94.

💥 Varsity Team:

Finished 7th in the state with a total score of 478/500.

Had a lot of personal best, several 25 straights, and a few 50 straights.

Congratulations to Claire Norsworthy on signing with Coach Nick Hayes and Connors State College in Oklahoma.
Claire has the distinction of being the first female athlete to complete her entire shooting career with the Unity Trap Team from start to finish — a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of her dedication, work ethic, and commitment to the program.

Claire, you will certainly be missed by your teammates, coaches, and the entire Unity community. We are proud of all you have achieved and look forward to seeing your continued success as you begin this exciting new chapter.

With Claire’s signing, the Mendon Unity Trap Team now has three athletes advancing to the collegiate level this year — an outstanding achievement for the program.

Mendon Unity went to Rushville today. 75 kids/15 squads. Parker Schaffnit takes 1st in boys. Logan Lansing ties for third,Alieyah Davis takes 2nd in girls. Logan Lansing, Kade Huntley, Alieyah Davis, Ayden Wittler, Reed Linder takes 2nd place. Congratulations to all!!!
