The Sheriff’s & Police Activities League of Memphis and Shelby County (Memphis Shelby PAL) is a non-profit youth mentoring organization devoted to preventing crime, building character and promoting success for children 5-18. We are an affiliate of the National Police Activities League (NPAL) working in partnership with Shelby County Schools, the City of Memphis, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Departm

ent and the Memphis Police Department. Memphis Shelby PAL helps develop positive attitudes towards the law by bringing youth under the constructive influence of dedicated law enforcement officers who serve as coaches, referees, and mentors. We offer year-round and seasonal sports for children ages 5-18 including Football, Cheerleading, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, Track & Field, Boxing as well as Mentoring.

We are inviting all coaches interested in Adult Flag Football to attend our upcoming Coaches/Officials Meeting.

This meeting will cover league information, expectations, rules, and important dates for the upcoming season.

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our beloved Memphis Shelby PAL Coach Cash of the Vikings. Our PAL family is truly grieving this loss. Coach Cash was more than a coach he was a mentor, leader, and role model who dedicated his time to uplifting and guiding our youth.

His impact on the lives of so many young athletes and families will never be forgotten. The love, leadership, and commitment he showed to our community will forever remain a part of the Memphis Shelby PAL legacy.

During this difficult time, we ask that you keep his family, friends, players, and fellow coaches in your thoughts and prayers.

Below are the arrangements for those who would like to pay their respects and celebrate his life.
