Join us Sunday, September 6th for the 45th Annual Tupelo Marathon and 14er in the All American City of Tupelo, MS. The course is an out and back for the marathon runners on beautiful rolling country roads. For the 14er participants, it's a 13.1 mile run to the marathon turn-around and then a bonus 1.1 mile run to the finish.

All proceeds will be administered through the CREATE Foundation to assist the family with expenses, including travel to the National Fallen Officers Memorial where Rick's name will be revealed and to establish a scholarship in Rick’s memory.

The Optimist Club decided to add the A'Fair 5K to the A’Fair Arts and Crafts Festival with the assistance of Laurie Wylie, owner of a fitness center in Hernando. Laurie organized this event until her death in 2004 at which time the name was changed to the Laurie Wylie Memorial 5K Run.
