Delegate BEFORE you’re desperate…

You don’t have to be overwhelmed to deserve support.

Somewhere along the way, we started treating delegation like a last resort—something you do when the schedule is packed, the details are piling up, and you’ve officially run out of capacity.

But why wait until then?

Before the event.
Before the project.
Before the deadline.
Before the schedule gets hectic.
Before “I’ve got it” turns into “I can’t do all of this.”

That’s when support should start.

At Just Bee Helpin’, we believe in delegating before everything becomes too much.

My face when the bride tries to clock in at her own wedding. Really? Ma’am, you are OFF today. 😂

And the funny part? This bride actually works in the event industry.

She DIY’d her wedding, knew exactly what she wanted, and was more than capable of making things happen.

But being capable of doing it yourself doesn’t mean you should have to do it yourself on your wedding day.

She hired us to step in for setup and guest services so she could finally take her event-industry hat OFF and put her bride hat ON. 💍

Because once the wedding day starts, I don’t want you worrying about where something goes, answering a vendor or guest’s question, checking whether something has been set up, or thinking about what needs to happen next.

You already did the work. Now go enjoy what you created.

That’s the part of wedding-day support people don’t always think about.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to plan the entire wedding for you.

Being busy isn’t always the problem…
Doing too much of the wrong work is.

Yesterday, we celebrated completing the Boomin University(aka Black Business Boom) Boomin U Marketing Program🎉

Offered in partnership with the Black Chamber of Memphis and the Nashville Black Chamber, this program helped us sharpen our marketing strategy, strengthen our messaging, and better position us for growth.
