7 signs that your metabolism is slowing down

1. Always tired or sluggish

2. Poor concentration/Unable to focus

3. Weight gain

4. Physical signs of hormonal changes (adult acne, thinning hair, irregular menstrual cycle, dry skin)

The are a few medical conditions that would also cause you to have these symptoms, but more often than not they are the result of a poor diet (which clogs your intestines with sludge and toxins from unhealthy foods and slows your metabolism), lack of exercise (which means your heart rate isn't getting high enough to properly burn calories and break down the food you eat, so again your metabolism slows down.), and lack of proper hydration (ideally you should be drinking half of your weight in water per day, but certainly no less than 64oz. per day).
