After losing to the Midwest Renegades two weeks ago 0-6 in Bloomington. The Lions get redemption and beat the Renegades 20-12 at home this week. The Lions move to 5-1 overall and 2-1 in league play.

In Loving Memory of Darius Moffett ( IL Lions #7)

To our Lions family and all who knew and loved Darius,

On behalf of the entire coaching staff and organization, we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, teammates, and loved ones of Darius Moffett. We are heartbroken by this loss and join our community in mourning a life taken far too soon.

During this difficult time, we ask everyone to keep Darius' family and all those affected in your thoughts and prayers. His impact on our team and those around him will never be forgotten.

Once a Lion, always a Lion.

Rest in peace, Darius. Your memory will live on in the hearts of your Lions family forever. 💜🤍
