Today, my Mother celebrates 79 years around the sun. ❤️✨🥳

She is the main tree of our family, and generations have sprung forth from her. And just like a mighty tree, my Mom is rooted in strength, resilience, love, and grace.
Without her, my sister and I would not be the women we are today. And now, at 79, my Mother gets to witness the beautiful legacy of her life through her children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren.
If there is one thing I know about my Mom, it is how deeply she loves her family. That love has stretched across generations, like branches reaching outward from the same strong tree. 🌳

My prayer today is simple: May God continue to bless her with good health, happiness, peace, and many more years of life. May she continue to sit beneath the shade of all that she has planted and witness the fruits of her labor continue to come forth. 🙏🏽

Happy 79th Birthday, Mommy! 🎂❤️

You are loved.
You are appreciated.

✨Sacred Soil Reflection…

Lately, I’ve been discovering what shedding feels like.
It feels raw.
Vulnerable.
Exhilarating.
And scary… all at the same time.

Shedding feels like standing naked in the mirror with nothing left to hide behind.

It is releasing the roles that once fit me, but no longer do.
The caretaker.
The fixer.
The one who carries.
The one who makes sure everyone else is okay.
And underneath all of those coverings lives a sacred question:

Who AM I now?
Who am I BE~coming 🦋 when my life is no longer centered around taking care of everyone else before tending to my own needs, desires, dreams and longings?

That is the vulnerability of shedding.✨

There is an in-between space where the old has been released, but the new has not fully revealed itself.

Scripture reminds us that new wine cannot be poured into old wineskins.
Perhaps some seasons require us to release the old container because GOD is preparing us to hold something new.

So I am learning not to rush this shedding.
I am allowing myself to feel the rawness of it.
The vulnerability.
The freedom.
The uncertainty.
The possibility.

Because maybe shedding isn’t about losing who I was.
Maybe it is creating sacred space for who I am BE~coming. 🦋

When Two Souls Meet in the Garden… 🌱✨

Yesterday was such a special day for me.🥹

I had the beautiful blessing of pouring into one of the special blossoms in my Garden, my beloved Whitley, and spending time with her beautiful daughter, Leilani.
You see, Whitley’s mother wasn’t just my best friend. She was my sister.

And sitting in Whitley’s presence, watching her with Leilani, I found myself remembering when Whitley was Leilani’s age. 🥹

It was a full circle moment.✨

I am beyond proud of the woman and mother Whitley has become. And quiet as kept…while I thought I was there to pour into her, she poured right back into me.🥹✨

It was a beautiful energetic exchange between two light healers. ✨

And somewhere in the sacredness of that moment, I could feel the love and light of Whitley’s parents surrounding her.✨

Whitley, you and Leilani blessed my soul yesterday. You brought me so much JOY.🤩 🥰

I am grateful to have a front row seat in your life and to witness all that GOD is unfolding within you and preparing for you.

Keep blooming, beloved. 🌱

Your roots run deep.
You are surrounded by love.
And you are becoming everything GOD planted within you to BE.

RETURNING…✨

I AM in a shedding season.

A season of BE~coming.✨

A season of coming home to myself.

I am releasing the roles.
The titles.
The expectations.
The need to explain myself.
The weight of what others may think.

Perhaps BE~coming isn’t about becoming someone new at all.

Perhaps it is the sacred shedding of everything that no longer belongs, so that who I have always been can finally breathe.

I am loosening my grip on control and surrendering more deeply to GOD.
Trusting what I cannot yet see.
Honoring what I feel.
Listening inwardly.
Allowing myself to unfold without rushing the process.

There is something sacred about returning.
Returning to my voice.
Returning to my knowing.
Returning to my worth.
Returning to my Power.
Returning to my Presence.
Returning to GOD.

Maybe this season isn’t asking me to chase, force or perform.
Maybe it is simply asking me to…
Return.
Root.
And when the season is right…
Rise. 🌱

🌱 Seed for the Soul 🦋

Butterflies have always fascinated me.

We celebrate the butterfly because we can see its beauty, its freedom, its wings. But lately, I’ve found myself equally fascinated by the caterpillar.🐛

Because before there can be a butterfly, there must first be transformation.

What if we stopped rushing toward the butterfly and learned to honor the sacredness of the caterpillar season?✨🥺

Transformation doesn’t always look beautiful while it’s happening.

Sometimes the old version of ourselves must become unrecognizable before something new can emerge.

The caterpillar reminds us that becoming is an inside job.
We don’t become by rejecting who we were. We honor the version of ourselves that carried us here while surrendering to the version of ourselves that is ready to emerge.

Perhaps the POWER isn’t only in finally spreading our wings.
Perhaps the POWER is having the courage to surrender to the transformation before we even know what our wings will look like. 🦋

🌻Sacred Soil Reflection…

Lately, I can feel a shift happening within my own life.✨

A new story is being written.

Something is changing within me. My imagination is expanding, and I’m beginning to see possibilities I couldn’t see before.

Perhaps that is part of transformation.

As we shed old skin and old ways of being, something begins to open within the mind and Spirit.

New dreams emerge.

New possibilities reveal themselves.

We begin imagining a life beyond the one we have known.

I don’t know exactly what this next chapter will look like.
And maybe I don’t need to.

I’m discovering that surrender doesn’t require having all the answers. Trust doesn’t require knowing exactly where the road will lead. Sometimes we are simply being invited to remain present and open to what is becoming.

Maybe you can feel a shift happening in your life too.

Something changing.
Something releasing.
Something new beginning to emerge.

Perhaps the invitation is simply to notice it.
To make room for it.
To remain open to the possibility of a new story.
I can feel mine being written.

And for now, I’m allowing the story to unfold one page at a time. 🌱🦋

Where does the time go? 🥺… One minute you’re following their location, and the next minute they’re following yours! 😂😂

Kiana, I can hardly believe we are here. Thirty years of watching you grow, evolve, stumble, rise, learn, and become. And through it all, I have watched your boldness, brilliance, bravery, and determination continue to carry you forward.

As you step into your THRIVING THIRTIES, my prayer is that you come to know, more deeply than ever before, just how special you are, not only to me, but to GOD. 🙏🏽
I pray that you trust GOD more deeply with the unfolding of your life. And Baby Girl, I also pray that you deepen your trust within yourself. Trust your inner knowing. Know your worth. Honor your worth. Stand firmly in your worth.

Never abandon yourself to accommodate anything or anyone that requires you to settle for less than what you deserve.

You are a 💎, my beloved daughter, formed under pressure, refined through life, and still shining.
So as you enter this beautiful new decade, SHINE. ✨
Take up your space.

Trust what GOD is cultivating within you.

🌻Sacred Soil Reflection

What I wish I had known before…

Returning to what has already hurt you rarely serves the person you are becoming.
And yet, how often do we go back, even when something deep within us knows we shouldn’t?

We return hoping it will be different.
Hoping they have changed.
Hoping somehow the ending will change.

But often, the cycle simply repeats.
Sometimes the hardest truth isn’t that someone hurt us. It’s realizing how many times we abandoned our own knowing in order to stay.

I’ve learned that it begins with TRUST.🙏🏽

Trust yourself.
Trust your inner knowing.
Trust your intuition.
Trust why you walked away in the first place.

Stop abandoning yourself to revisit what GOD has already released you from.

Remember, Beloved…

What’s ahead may be far greater than what you left behind.

There is a reason Lot’s wife was warned not to look back.
When GOD is calling you forward, trust Him enough to keep walking.🚶🏾‍♀️

Some seasons aren’t meant to be revisited.
They are meant to be released. 🌱🤎🙏🏽

I AM HER…✨

There is something sacred about finally recognizing the woman you have become.

Not because you have arrived or figured everything out, but because you have lived long enough to understand that every season will not go with you into the next.

I AM HER.✨

The woman who has learned that growth requires letting go.

The woman who no longer feels the need to fix everything, carry everything, or control every outcome.

Life has taught me that some things must be released in order for something new to grow.
And I’m learning to trust that.
I can honor who I was while making room for who I am becoming.

I can bless what was and still choose what’s next.😉

Most importantly, I can trust GOD with the parts of my journey I cannot see yet.🙏🏽🤎

At this stage of my life, I’m not interested in forcing what no longer flows.

I’m choosing peace.
I’m choosing what nourishes me.
I’m choosing to grow.

There is a quiet kind of courage that no one applauds.

The courage to outgrow old versions of yourself.

To release what once felt familiar.

To trust an unfolding you cannot yet explain.

I’ve learned that not every transformation needs an announcement.

Some seasons are meant to be lived before they’re understood.

For now, I’m simply honoring the becoming.
Perhaps you are too.🤎✨
