APC Athletes of the Week 🚨

Aiden Riley is lacrosse and football player here at Deep Run and has been training at the APC (and with Coach Doolidge) since his freshman year! When asked how the APC has helped him with his motivation as an athletes d teammate, he states, “being able to work as a team, and then being able transferring it onto the field is really nice” Aiden has spent time and effort in the weight room working to build strong relationships and an even stronger drive!

Sadie Royer is a field hockey and lacrosse player at Deep Run High School, and has also been attending lifting seniors since her Freshman year! Sadie has shown strong leadership skills and dedication in the weight room, “now as an upperclassmen i try to push other (younger) athletes to stay motivated and work hard in the weight room as well!” Sadie continues to show inspiration and dedication both in the weight room and on the field!

APC Athletes hard at work!! 🚨

Here at the APC we take pride in testing students for all types of dynamic movements, gearing workouts to train for college combines, and show off all the APC has taught them! We help train major movements like squats, deadlifts, the 40 yard dash, and many more! By attending college combines, our athletes are able to network and build relationships with schools they are interested in, and eventually leading to future recruitments/signings. 👀💪
