ACT sticker now on the car and we’ve found some amazing results the last couple of weeks with this car.

Today we caught an untimely caution that ruined our chances of a decent finish, but still got that podium from last week!

The light 160 unfortunately may need some shock rebuilds. We have tried everything and cannot get these shocks to help us. May be time for a full rebuild.

We will be back at Honeybrook in a few weeks. This was an amazing and fun 4 week straight run of races. But the team now needs a break.

Christmas in July today at Honeybrook Speedway

Here’s the race recap!

Senior Honda
Car was GREAT! Just didn’t have long run speed but it drove so well. Started in 4th and finished in 4th in the Feature. But this was the best my cars been all season.

Light 160
We are still struggling to figure this car out, and the brakes on this car just stinkkkkkk. Couldn’t stop when the race was over. Might be time for a full replacement. Finished in 6th place today. More work to do to get this car up to s***f.

Update from Sunday

Had a great time. Found some solid handling with the 2 cars but now we gotta conquer some speed. Finished 5th in Sr Honda and 7th in Light 160. But for a 2nd straight race day we got out clean. So that’s gotta count

And of course I got a donut from Wawa on the way home. I earned it.
