Beautiful Friday morning with part of the Troyer Rope company crew. We had a steady bite and it wasn't long before we had their limit of 24 in the box. Some really nice fish being caught right now. Makes for some full bags of fillets. Thank you guys. Enjoy the good eating.

Morning trip was with part of the protech roofing crew. It was a tad bit bumpy but not terrible. We ran west of Port, and rode the waves back. Steady picking the whole way, and we boxed their 24 plus a steelie in a few hrs. Thank you Dwilin Byler for the repeat business. I appreciate it. 🐟🐟

Morning trip was with repeat offenders. Got to the lake early and there was zero wind, but literally 10 minutes after I got there I heard the flag start whipping, the wind started cranking out of the North East, and never let up all morning. We made a very long and bumpy run to the killing grounds and it wasn't long before the first walleye came over the back of the boat. We got their limit of 24 walleye and a bonus steelie with no problems. Thanks Marvin, and Jerry for coming up and fishing with me again. Always a good time with you guys. 🐟🐟

Day 2 with the Indiana boys. Better bite today overall and all 3 boats got limits. 90 nice fish got sent home with them. Felt good after a slower bite yesterday. Capt Rick Carpenter and Kevin Kopp did another phenomenal job as always. Thanks to wanna be first mate (I mean third mate😂) Josh Stoll for getting this all together. I really appreciate you guys making the long drive to fish with us. Enjoy those fillets.🐟🐟

Another day in the book. I had 15 guys from the state of Indiana come up to fish with us today. We left the dock around 10:30 and headed west. We set up and it wasn't long before I realized we're gonna have a grind bite. It was slow the whole trip, but the boys ended with a big pile of fillets. Back at it tomorrow with the same group. Big shout out to Rick Carpenter with misfit charters and Kevin Kopp with Bushwhacker Fishing Charters for helping me out. You guys did an excellent job. 🐟🐟

Day two with the boys. We headed out bright and early on a crazy sloppy lake. Set up and trolled East all morning.. the wind was relentless, which made for tough fishing, and 3-5 footers all morning long. I'm just about sick of all the wind this yr. But super grateful for the many nice days we had so far as well. . Still a grind bite out there, but somehow managed to lasso their limit of 30 nice fish. Thanks Harry Schweiger and crew for grinding it out with me, and for the repeat business. Appreciate you guys. 🐟🐟

Another busy day running doubles. Morning trip was day 2 with the crew from Lancaster. Slow steady bite all morning, we ended a bit short of the limit but got them a really good box of fish to take home. Thanks guys.

Second trip was day 1 with Harry Schweiger and the crew. These fellas fish with me every yr. We had a really slow bite, but ended just short of their limit of 30. Some really nice fish mixed in as a bonus steelie as well. Thanks guys. I'll see you in the morning. Time for some sleep. Capt is whooped.😴😴
