There’s something special about watching these boys grow — not just as players, but as teammates, as young men, as competitors who refuse to quit.

Today is win or go home.

But what makes me emotional isn’t the playoff spot… it’s the journey. The practices. The hard conversations. The laughs. The lessons. The way they’ve learned to trust each other and fight for one another.

No matter what that scoreboard says, I couldn’t be more proud to stand on that sideline with them. They’ve already won in ways that matter most.

Play hard. Play together. Leave it all out there.

Took a loss yesterday against the #2 team, but we were in that game.
Every game shows us something new to develop—both for coaches and players.
No one is perfect, and that’s okay. We’ll keep learning, keep improving, and grow together.
